DAYS OF OUR LIVES Exploring with humor and poetry the tongue in cheek possibility that just maybe the lowly soap opera comes closer to depicting what goes on in real life than other more elevated forms of literature and drama. GRANDFATHER CHRONICLES At the doorstep of the 21st century the poet takes us on a tour de force of the trials and tribulations and the ultimate joy that can result when one settles into the winter years. WEEDS IN THE MIDDLE AGES Investigating what a middle aged individual, and then a nation, can do about the fatigue that sets in when one realizes that weeds can never be completely removed and in fact seem to return sooner each year.
